20:00 – 22:00 handmade, 2004
120 min video installation, color, no sound, 6 tv monitors, 6 DVD players, wooden construction.
3 TV monitors represent the time on a digital clock format: hours, minutes and seconds. Photographs of hands counting appear on the TV monitors instead of numbers. Taking into consideration that the hand-counting methods differ from place to place, the notion of counting has been interpreted in Japanese, Greek and Egyptian. Each digital clock can be exhibited by itself or next to each other.
